Hello Karen, the Cert ID refers to the credits for the College of Family Physicians of Canada and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is applicable to the 3-hours (Modules 1-3) or for the 5-hours (Modules 1-6). Since you completed all 6 modules the certificate stating that you may claim a maximum of 5.0 hours is the one that would apply. Modules 4, 5, and 6 are now available separately to allow more flexibility to users to take the modules that apply to their work.
